New Collaboration and Post Closing Features
You can now view a PDF in your browser.
Previously, when you wanted to view an uploaded loan document, you needed to download the file and open it with your PDF viewer. Now, you can select “View” to the right of any .pdf file and open it within a new tab on your browser.
Create a custom report.
To give you the most flexibility with reporting, you can now create custom reports based on any keyword and customize the output columns for specific reports. For example, you could download all reports with the keyword “johndoe_lender” to find all loans created by that username.
Lenders can now edit fee descriptions in custom fee sets.
To make the fee search tool even more effective, lender administrators can now customize the description of their fees. The search feature will now use lender fee name, MISMO enumeration, and the editable description. This change allows you to find the right fee faster.
As an administrator, navigate to your organization’s custom fee set. Select a fee to add or edit and you’ll find an editable fee description field. You can add to the description or completely replace what’s currently there.
Lenders can now apply templates at any time.
Templates are no longer only available when a loan is created. You can now apply a template at any point during the loan life cycle. This is especially useful if you create loans through XML or your loan origination system.
Select the template you want to apply to the current loan and click “Apply Template” at top right to change a template after loan creation.
