New E-recording Features

Print option added for package details.

After our last update, we learned that many of you like to print your package details before and after recording. The new interface didn’t make this simple, so we’ve added a View Report option that offers a printer-friendly version of your data.

You can now rename files before downloading.

We’ve added the option to change the file name of your package at any time. This makes it so you don’t need to later change the name of a file on your computer after downloading.

Notifications now show when other users make changes.

We now notify you when another user makes a change to the same package you’re viewing.

Admins can now manage payment accounts from Pending Payments.

The most likely time to need to make changes to the payment account options for your account is when viewing a pending payment. For this reason, we’ve added a link to Manage Payment Accounts to the Pending Payments page for easy navigation.

New E-recording Features

Customize what information shows in your list of loans.

When viewing loans in the list view, you can now customize what information you see with the new Columns feature.

After clicking on Columns, you may select and drag and drop columns in the order you’d like them displayed.

You can configure columns for each status type: Created, In Progress, etc.

Settlement agents can now assign multiple loan orders at a time.

Account administrators now have the option to select multiple loans and assign them to a single agent.

After checking the loans to assign, select Assign Agent from Actions.

From there, you can choose an agent to assign to.
