May 18 Update: Print Multiple Docs, Request Preferred Agents, and More

New E-recording Features

Print multiple documents at once.

Many of you asked for a way to download and print multiple documents at once from the search page, and now you can! Simply check the boxes to the left of the search results you'd like, then click the "download" or "print" buttons at top right.

New Collaboration and Post Closing Features

See changes and needed actions at a glance.

You'll notice new information in the card view for your active loans. Blue text indicates any changes made or items that require action from you (e.g. fees that need to be reviewed, missing information, number of fees being worked on, etc.). Simply click on these messages to be taken directly to that item. We'll be adding this helpful feature to the list view soon too.

Collaboration doesn't begin until an agent is assigned to a loan.

Settlement agents won't be able to begin collaboration until a loan is assigned to a specific agent and the settlement file number entered. This helps all parties know when collaboration has begun. Settlement users will see "Missing loan information" in their card view when a loan needs assigned.

Click on "Missing loan information" to be taken to the form.

Fill in these fields to begin collaboration.

Changes to critical loan information now require settlement agent acknowledgment.

Any time changes are made to the loan amount, sales price of property, signing date, closing date, or disbursement date, settlement users will see an orange "changed" icon next to that field and be alerted via the information card. Since these changes can have a big impact on fee collaboration, the settlement agent will need to acknowledge the change by clicking the "x" on the icon before finalizing. In the meantime, lender users will see a "pending" icon until acknowledgment has been made.

Lenders can now request a preferred agent with loan assignment.

We know many lenders have built strong relationships with their settlement companies over the years. With that in mind, we've added a "preferred closing agent" option for lenders when assigning loans to settlement companies so they can request to work with specific agents they've worked with in the past.
From there, settlement admins will see the request but still have the ability to assign the loan to anyone on their team. Once assigned, the lender will see the assigned agent's name as well as their preferred agent's name.

Once a lender selects a closing company, they can choose a preferred agent from a dropdown or they can add a new contact.
